The Help to Buy Scheme was brought in to help all New Home buyers - not just first time buyers, by providing buyers with an equity loan of up to 20% of the purchase price of the property. In order to qualify you will need a minimum 5% deposit. Help to buy covers properties up to the value of £600,000.
